Born in Morocco, I discovered yoga in 1997 in the United States, during my pregnancy. This journey sparked in me a deep fascination for exploring the subtle connection between the body, mind, and emotions.
Trained in India and Hong Kong in Andiappan Yoga, Hatha, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, and Meditation, I teach a living, authentic yoga that meets the demands of today’s fast-paced, overstimulated world.
My teaching goes far beyond physical practice:
More energy in daily life
Less stress and greater emotional balance
Strength and flexibility that extend beyond the mat
Mental clarity and an open heart
Each class is an invitation to live fully, create space for growth, and reconnect with yourself. My practice nurtures confidence, centers the mind, and brings clarity, helping you feel aligned, refreshed, and at peace.
This is the unique experience that embodies the essence of Mouna Yoga.
