Bonjour

C’est en 1997, pendant ma grossesse, que j'ai découvert le yoga. Il m’a été recommandé pour soulager les douleurs de dos, me préparer à l’accouchement et améliorer mon sommeil. Ce que je ne savais pas à l’époque, c’est qu’il allait devenir bien plus qu’une simple aide temporaire. Le yoga est rapidement devenu un compagnon essentiel de ma vie quotidienne, toujours présent à chaque étape de mon parcours. Dans un monde en constante évolution et imprévisible, le yoga offre bien plus qu’une simple pratique physique ; il est un état d’esprit, un art et une science qui nous apprend à mieux vivre.

Depuis 2014, je me suis consacrée à son enseignement, en créant des cours qui invitent à l'exploration, à l'humilité et à l'acceptation de soi. Mes programmes inspirent et élèvent les consciences, encourageant chacun à s'émerveiller et à devenir acteur de sa propre santé. Mes ateliers thématiques allient yoga et alimentation, et mes retraites incarnent l’essence même de tout ce que je propose.

Mon motto : intégrer davantage de yoga dans la vie quotidienne pour vivre pleinement, avec plus de vitalité, d’énergie, de sagesse et de paix intérieure.

Ma mission : vivre chaque jour comme une nouvelle manière d'exister et rester curieux face aux cadeaux que la vie nous offre.

Le yoga est une véritable trousse à outils pour la santé du corps, de l’esprit et du cœur.

It was in 1997, during my pregnancy, that I discovered yoga. It was recommended to help relieve back pain, prepare me for childbirth, and improve my sleep. What I didn’t realize at the time was that it would become so much more than just a temporary aid. Yoga quickly became an essential companion in my daily life, always present at every stage of my journey. In a world that is constantly changing and unpredictable, yoga offers more than just a physical practice; it is a mindset, an art, and a science that teaches us how to live better.

Since 2014, I’ve been teaching yoga, creating classes that invite self-exploration, humility, and body acceptance. My programs inspire and raise awareness, encouraging everyone to embrace life and take charge of their own health. My workshops combine yoga and nutrition, and my retreats offer the full experience.

My motto: bring more yoga into everyday life to live fully, with more vitality, energy, wisdom, and peace.

My mission: to help you live each day as a fresh start and stay curious about the gifts life offers. Yoga is a true toolkit for the health of the body, mind, and heart.

"I started yoga with Mouna at a hectic period of my life with a lot of traveling, jetlag and a professional stress. To add some difficulties to that, I decided to quit smoking after 30 years. It was not the first time that I tried, but this time, I decided not to use any chemical substitutes or patches. No one around me thought I would be able to make it.
